Mal. Bagana Zanna is an Indigene of Marte local government area of Borno State, Born on 02-02-1972. Attended Marte central primary school,Marte from 1978 to 1983. Government College Secondary school from 1983 to 1989. University of Maiduguri from 1991 to 2000 and 2014 to 2018 Academically, He hold M.Sc. Economics, B.Sc. Economics, Diploma Accountancy and Diploma Computer Studies. Fellow Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMAN). Fellow Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN). Mal. Babagana Zanna have attended several workshop and seminars. Experience wise, He being in the service of Federal Tertiary Institute for a period of 9 years, currently serving as the Head of Administration (Ag. Registrar). Prior to the offer in to the FCFFT, Baga, He served for 19 years in various positions of responsibilities ranging from Clerical assistant to Assistant Director Planning, Research and Statistics with the Borno State Universal Basic Education Board, Maiduguri. He was also a part time lecturer with Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu, Yobe State and Ramat Polytechnic Maiduguri, Borno State, for the period of 2 years and 4 years respectively.
